Matte painting is a pretty cool technique if you need concept art quick and fast. I tried a few different brushes with this one. I'm going to start making my own brushes to speed things up.

Matte painting is pretty fun. I design this ship last year I finally got to use it!!! I'm going to try a few more so I can get my matte painting skills up!!!!

Today I taught myself how to matte paint!!! Not sure if I like this one. I'm going to try again. It was a fun technique to learn!!!

I was looking at some golden books and was inspired!!! I guess this years Christmas card is done now!!! I really enjoy working in this style. It was about time I did a story piece. Enjoy suckas!!!

Here's another one!!! I hope one day I'll be able to walk down the aisle and say I designed that!!! Last year I got a note that my work was too flat. So now I'm making sure my designs have more form.

Here's one of the guns that I designed. I'm sure you can tell who its suppose to be for. Colored in photoshop.... no its not a CG model. I might model it in CG though. I'll be coloring a few more.

New background!

I wanted to try a different style. Influenced by a french artist! I'm going to try a few more in this style.

I wanted to some how use the model that I made to do an art piece. It work really well as reference. It was a fun technique to play with.
